About the event

New to mindfulness? Ready to return to a practice? This course gives a taste of mindfulness practice and theory, focusing on 3 core themes:

  • Train your attention and learn how to shape one's experiences

  • Learn new ways to nourish and nurture yourself within your busy life

  • Recognize the difference between responding and reacting to stress


Cost: $75 for Individuals or $125 for Couples or 2 persons registering together. Choose to attend in-person or live via Zoom. Registration is limited to 12 total attendees. Payment options will be provided once registration form is completed.
